Octopus Protocol Invite Contest

Octopus is an open protocol to create, exchange, settle, and manage synthetic assets. Built on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) network, it allows issuance, trade, and management of decentralized derivative assets. For the last few days, the team here at Octopus has been grinding with the development of the Octopus Protocol platform and preparing all the details for the launch event.

With the upcoming launch, we want to give the community as much of a chance as possible to participate in it and engage with our platform. We have decided to incentivize participation in our community through the ‘Octopus Protocol Invite Contest’. This would bring a unique opportunity for users to earn more by simply inviting their trading buddies.

The invite contest will result in us rewarding a guaranteed allocation during our launch event along with a chance to win a Cashback.

The rules are simple:

1. Invite referrals
   The first step requires participants to spread the word about Octopus Protocol and our mission among their friends, families, and trading buddies. Once you have informed them about our platform, invite at least 1 referral to the Octopus Protocol Discord channel.
2. Follow our Twitter account
   In the next step, proceed to our Twitter and follow the official Twitter account of Octopus Protocol.
3. Follow our Telegram Account
   After you have successfully completed the second step, proceed to Telegram and join the official Telegram chat of Octopus Protocol. You can engage with our community and ask questions to the admins in our Telegram group.
4. Follow our announcement channel
   In this step, follow the official announcement channel of Octopus Protocol on Telegram. We will regularly post updates about the project, our token, partnerships, team, and more.
5. Follow our Medium channel
   Next step is to follow the official Medium account of Octopus Protocol. Our Medium channel would help you gather in-depth knowledge about our protocol, engage with our team, learn about our advisors, and track the progress with detailed project updates.
6. Tweet the pinned post
   To make it more interesting and help others to learn about Octopus, tweet the pinned post from our Twitter account with the $OPS ticker and tag any 3 friends.
7. Fill out the Google Form
   After you have completed all the above-mentioned steps, fill out this Google Form.

This entire campaign has a total of seven steps. In order to get a rank, one has to successfully complete all seven steps. To make it more interesting, we have developed auto-bots that will be assigning ranks to the participants according to their contribution to the invite contest.

What’s the catch?

We have allocated a total of $22,100 (183,333 $OPS tokens) for users who will participate in our invite contest. To ensure a completely fair and decentralized process, we have a bot on Discord that will give ranks to each individual participant based on his engagement.

Winners will be selected according to their rank. The first three winners will receive the guaranteed token allocation plus the Cashback as a reward for their engagement and participation in our invite contest.

The following allocation will be given to the top 3 winners:

• 1st Rank: $2500 + $500 Cashback
• 2nd Rank: $2000 + $250 Cashback
• 3rd Rank: $1500 + $100 Cashback

We want to reward more participants for engaging in the contest. So, we also have reserved allocations for participants based on their rank:

• Rank 11 to 25: $400
• Rank 26 to 50: $200
